PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
MINIMUM ORDER IS $10.00 excluding postage
All payments must be recieved within 7-10 days unless you have made arrangements
with us by Phoning 03 58734783 or on 0428 385 236
otherwise your order will be cancelled.
Direct deposit - our bank details will be sent to you within an email confirmation after placing
your order. Please note that orders will not be sent out until the funds have cleared and
please use your order number when doing this so your transaction can be found faster.
Credit card - we will make reasonable attempts to contact you should your credit card be declined.
If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time period your order will not be processed.
Orders are processed in order of receipt.
Subject to direct deposit funds clearing our bank account,
every effort is made to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.
WE also accept Personal Cheques and Money Orders. Please note that this
method is subject to clearance before items being sent.
Phone Orders are Welcome and at a later date online order
forms will be available.
BACKORDERS / OUT OF STOCK
We make every attempt to ensure our website contains up to date information
on currently stocked items.
In the event you order an item and it becomes out of stock it will be removed from your order.
If we expect that the item may be instock within 72 hours we will notify you via email.
If we don't expect the item your order will be sent excluding the out of stock item.
You will need to reorder this item again when it becomes available.
SHIPPING AND POSTAGE
Orders are usually processed within three working days and despatched by Australia Post.
Postage and Handling is a Flat rate of $7.95 Which is REGISTERED POST.
Freight charges include all postage, packaging and handling costs.
Our on-line ordering system will automatically add the postage costs to
your order at check out.
WE ONLY POST AUSTRALIA WIDE, we do not sell internationally at this stage.
Please note that we are not held responsible for your items being lost / stolen
or damaged in the postand if you wish to have it registered please contact us
and this can be done just add the reg post cost onto your payment.
Once your goods are posted they are out of our hands and we accept no
responsibility for items lost it is up to you to have them registered.
So they can arrive to you safely .

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please select your order carefully. We do not give refunds or exchange.
We only refund on damaged goods and must be notified within 7 days.
There are no REFUNDS on Sales or Clearance products. Stickers not
in their own packaging, cannot be returned.
